0002942: Неправильно подсчитывается количество тайлов

Description

Неправильно подсчитывается количество тайлов в Selection Manager для большой области выделения на зумах от z17 и больше(z18, z19 и т.д.). В моём случае выделенная область почти весь мир.

Steps To Reproduce

Выделить весь мир, в Selection Manager выбрать зум z17 и больше. Сравнить Number of tiles от SAS.Planet и по калькулятору.
