 конкретный пример , координаты скриншоты и описания пожалуйста, а то у меня почему то бинг как нельзя классно и ложится и совпадает.

 Понятно. Похоже, вопрос снят - оказывается есть разница между чистым Bing и Bing Bird's Eye. Причем не всегда постоянная.
