Could you check if any older version works correctly? Windows 7 is a fairly old system, but I periodically test the program in a virtual machine running Windows XP and Windows 7 and have never encountered the problem you described. Regarding redrawing, the program does indeed completely refresh the image when the map is moved; there's no other way. This is done using the CPU. But it usually happens very quickly. You can look at the specific numbers in the debug version of the program: View - Debug Info and specify the ViewState;OnPaint;OneTilePaintSimple filter. See what values you have there?

(0020569) qq117511 (reporter) 10-12-2025 04:39	I tested this on a 5080 GPU under Windows 11. At first I thought it was the latency from fetching data over the internet. But even after the files were cached locally, the flickering was still very obvious—really noticeable.
